A Crucifix for Their Bedroom
A small crucifix is a simple and timeless gift to mark a baptism.
It can be hung above their bedroom door or bed as they grow, reminding them of Christ’s sacrifice every day - for this reason (any maaaany more, I could rant!) Catholic Wooden Wall Crucifix A classic; you can't go wrong with a wooden crucifix. Simple but beautiful, this one can be kept for life, following them from childhood to their first 'adult' apartment.
Saint Damiano Icon Crucifix Now this is my favourite for a kids' room; growing up, I always found this depiction of the crucifixion to be so beautiful. The colours, the detail, the geometric shape of the cross - much like the famous Pantocrator icon - I always felt drawn to it and still do.
Orthodox Handcrafted Wooden Crucifix Now this one is on the pricier side, but who knows, maybe you've got money to spend, and if you do, then do I have the Crucifix for you! I think the quality and beauty of this one speaks for itself.
A Saint pendant or Miraculous Medal
A small medal makes a beautiful baptism keepsake, particularly from a godparent or grandparent.
