These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of domini.com.au and to purchases made through our online store.
This website is operated by Via Domini (ABN 82 898 509 925), based in Melbourne, Australia.
Throughout these Terms, “Via Domini”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Via Domini. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Products
We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
As colours can appear differently between screens and devices, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.
Product measurements, colours and other details may have minor variations where appropriate to the nature of the product.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your contact, billing and delivery information, is accurate and complete.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
4. Pre-Orders
Some products may be available to purchase before they are ready for dispatch.
Products identified as pre-order items will include an estimated dispatch or availability timeframe on the relevant product page.
These dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances such as production, freight, customs or other delays outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant change to the expected availability of your pre-order, we will endeavour to notify you using the contact details provided with your order.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the destinations displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing and other disruptions.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country unless we expressly state otherwise.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Any change-of-mind returns we choose to offer are subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
Our change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy including a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will apply.

- product designs;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- logos and branding;
